Technical Documentation
Product Operations & SettlementRequirement :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- (Must have Min. 2 years of experience).
- Have good understanding of requirement analysis and documentation.
- Have good communication skills (written and verbal) and should be able to work with engineering and product management team.
- High level understanding of software development process and technical terminology required.
- Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including the documents.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other related documentation tools
Responsibilities included but are not limited to the following:
- Understanding the product functionality and developing technical documentation for various products.
- Will work with different teams to create Functional Specification Documents, API Documentation, Requirement Documents, User Manual Guide Documents, Troubleshooting Documents, etc.
- Obtain technical information from project developers, product managers, testers and product support personnel and convert specific feedback into documentation.
- Maintain revision between document release.
- Accessibility of the internal and 3rd party document.
- Ensure the published document matched to product delivered.
- Ensure documents are updated and relevant.
