- Minimum Bachelor's Degree education background for all majors (preferably in IT management)
- Preferably those who have had work experience in the helpdesk section of similar companies / banks
- Able to speak English both oral & written
Job Description:
- Monitor Digital product transactions
- Analyzing complaints and answering complaints from Mitra Alto
- Forward complaints to the relevant section in Alto and update the progress of resolving complaints to Partners.
- Communicate with Mitra Alto if there are obstacles in Alto that cause disruption to digital transactions
- Make a report of complaints and obstacles that occur.
