Digital Product Operations

Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree education background for all majors (preferably in IT management)
  • Preferably those who have had work experience in the helpdesk section of similar companies / banks
  • Able to speak English both oral & written

Job Description:

  • Monitor Digital product transactions
  • Analyzing complaints and answering complaints from Mitra Alto
  • Forward complaints to the relevant section in Alto and update the progress of resolving complaints to Partners.
  • Communicate with Mitra Alto if there are obstacles in Alto that cause disruption to digital transactions
  • Make a report of complaints and obstacles that occur.
