This bank was the result of a merger between Interpacific Bank and Artha Graha Bank in 2005. Interpacific Bank was a bank that was established in 1973, initially as a Non-Bank Financial Institution initiated by several domestic and foreign banks. In 1990 the IPO was conducted and changed to Interpacific Bank. 8 years later the status of Tbk. 1999 cancellation of shares listing on the Surabaya Stock Exchange. And in 2005, this bank merged with Bank Artha Graha (established in 1967).
