Starting with the formation of a Legal Entity PT. Bank Arta Griya On October 21, 1992, then changed its name on January 16, 1993 to PT. Harda Griya Bank, known as BANK HARDA, and officially operated on October 10, 1994 on Jl. Pinangsia III No. 27, Jakarta. In August 1995, Bank BHI Head Office moved to Block B No. Grand Boutique Center. 3-4, Jl. Mangga Dua Raya North Jakarta 14430 from the previous one on Jl. Pinangsia III No. 27, Jakarta.

In 1996 Bank Harda began to spread its wings by opening 3 Sub-Branches. In line with the business development of Harda Bank, on December 10, 1996 the legal entity of Harda Griya Bank changed to PT. International Hard Bank.

In 1997 Bank Harda International (Bank BHI) continued to spread its wings by opening 4 other Supporting Branches. And in 2005 4 new branches were opened.

In order to further improve services to customers and the effectiveness of employee work, on December 10, 2007, the Operational and Non-Operational Headquarters moved to Asean Tower Lt. 1, 2 & 3 Jl. K.H. Samanhudi No. 10 - Central Jakarta. And now Bank BHI has 16 Branch Offices I Capem and 2 Cash Offices spread in 8 major cities in Indonesia, namely Surabaya, Bandung, Solo, Pontianak, Pekan Baru, Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi.
